Earlier this month I saw a post on Instagram asking for people to test photo products for a company called Saal Digital. I’d never heard of them before, however, having been on quite a few trips over the last 12 months I jumped at the chance to create a photobook for myself.
Spring is such a lovely time of year and I’m so glad it is finally upon us. I love hearing the sound of the birds chirping away, blossom on the trees and being able to enjoy the lighter evenings.
Here is my taste of spring so far!

Going for a walk over the weekend is one of the best ways to blow the cobwebs away and spend some much needed time outdoors. Last weekend my boyfriend and I had a little trip to Farley Mount (near Winchester, Hampshire), we parked in a nearby car park and made our way up to the monument where we had some lovely views of the great British countryside.
Out of all the social media platforms out there, Instagram has got to be my favourite. I must say, a perfectly styled and themed Instagram profile is lovely to scroll through and I’m all about the perfect flat lay, however, we do need to remind ourselves that what you see on screen isn’t always what you see behind it.
Often, people will see one another’s profiles and think ‘why doesn’t my house look like that?’, or ‘she must go out to eat all the time’, but that isn’t always the reality.
The ‘perfect’ Instagram can take a while to set up, there are often a lot of out takes so I’m going to give you a little behind the scenes look at my latest Insta post:
I love brunch, and I love trying new places so this was the perfect opportunity to try Forte Kitchen.
